Answering your questions

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, on check-out by default shipping is through Royal Mail International Tracked (you can chose Standard Delivery, which is cheaper but has no tracking), costs depend on destination country. For the list of countries we ship to and costs, please refer to Terms & Conditions – Shipping Policy & Delivery Times.

My order hasn't arrived yet, what should I do?

Your order shipping confirmation email included a tracking number (shipping by default is with tracking, unless you choose Standard Delivery on check-out, which is not tracked). If you did not receive the email, be sure to check your spam folder. If your tracking number says that it has been delivered, please double check, as frequently the package is either about to be delivered, or it is already in the building or with a neighbour. If you can't locate your order, just contact us, and we will investigate for you.

I am looking for a gift for a friend.

Can I buy a gift card instead of choosing a piece?

Yes, alternatively to buying a specific jewellery piece, you can purchase a gift card, to be used on the online shop or for a bespoke piece. Arrangements can be made to send it directly to the final destination, either by email, or to a physical address with gift wrapping and a personalised handwritten message card.

Can your jewellery pieces create skin allergies?

We do our best to use potentially non-allergic nickel and lead free plated metals, as well 925 sterling silver, to minimize any risks of sensitive skin reaction, but skin's properties, environment and even what we eat contribute to different levels of how a person's skin reacts to metals. If you experience some kind of skin reaction, please feel free to contact us, to discuss a solution.

What if I don't like the result of a bespoke piece?

Not a very likely situation, as before starting a bespoke project, I will work very hard and close to you, to make sure that you like every aspect of the design. But if there is something you are not happy with, please get in touch, so we can discuss it further, and I will do everything possible to change/remake the piece to meet your expectations. However, the cost of shipping it back for reworks will have to be supported by you, as well as any further additional materials and redesign, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

Is there a special care for my jewellery?

Suggestions and best practices to give your jewellery a longer life span:

  • Store it separately and in its original packaging, as metals and porcelain can scratch when in contact with each other.

  • Remove any pieces before any sport activities or going for a swim, to ensure your jewellery does not get accidentally damaged. Saltwater and chlorine can also cause it to tarnish and discolour.

  • Remove any pieces before bathing/shower, as bath gels, body lotions and soaps can eventually produce some damage.

  • Try to put your jewellery on last, after applying any cosmetics, perfumes and sprays.

  • To clean your pieces simply wipe them with a slightly damp cloth and dry them.

  • Sterling and silver plated pieces – moisture in the air contribute to tarnishing. To delay he tarnishing, you can store the pieces in a small plastic ziploc bag with anti-tarnish strips, silica gel sachets or a stick of chalk to absorb moisture, and seal the bag tight, removing the air as much as possible. To clean any set tarnishing, make a paste of baking soda and water, using a clean cloth to apply a small amount to the silver and polish. For filigree details, use a clean, soft-bristled brush to get to the cracks and crevices. If it is a silver only piece (with no other materials) run it under warm water, and dry it with a clean cloth. If it has other metal/stones/china, just clean it with a damp cloth, to remove baking soda residue and dry it.
